The contact basis
- The visitor gave details for follow-up, with a record of what they agreed to.
- You know which show and which stand conversation it came from.
- Organiser-shared data is only used where your agreement allows it.
For exhibitors after a show
A busy stand creates more conversations than a team can follow up in the week after. The proposed Second Look service would reopen eligible show enquiries, check what the visitor still wants and book a useful next step with your team.

A useful appointment starts here
Show leads vary more than web enquiries. Agree a checklist before any outreach. This is a starting point for your team to adapt.
