Seeking UK home & energy and auto & finance teams for founding 30-day pilots. Proposed offer, subject to agreed terms.

For auto finance teams

Old enquiry.
Current intent?

Find out who is still looking before your team picks up the conversation. The proposed Second Look service would qualify current interest and arrange a useful appointment with your authorised team.

A booking is a conversation, not a promise of finance approval.

Intent before appointment

Check the basics.
Leave finance decisions to your team.

Agree what makes an appointment useful before launch. This sample checklist focuses on buying intent and practical fit.

Current interest

  • They are still interested in a vehicle or finance conversation.
  • They have not already completed the purchase.
  • Their intended vehicle use fits the service you provide.

Practical fit

  • Their area is covered by your team.
  • The intended purchase timeline meets your agreed criteria.
  • The decision maker is identified and wants the conversation.

A clear handover

  • They know who the appointment is with and what it is for.
  • The time works for them and they confirm it.
  • Your authorised team handles affordability, eligibility and any required assessment.

Illustrative journey, not a customer result

“Still looking” deserves
a better next question.

Someone enquired about a car several months ago but did not proceed. A new conversation establishes whether they still need a vehicle, what they intend to use it for and when they expect to buy.

If their interest and practical needs match your criteria, they can be invited to an appointment. Your authorised team then handles the finance discussion. Second Look would not represent the prospect as approved, eligible or able to afford a product.

Start with a suitable list

Use enquiries with a known source, an appropriate basis for contact and usable records. Remove opted-out contacts and duplicate live deals before outreach.

Make the handover useful

Agree appointment capacity, required context and how your team will report no-shows. Qualification criteria should be explicit enough to review a disputed appointment.

Use the right economics

Base appointment value on your expected commission or contribution per completed deal, after relevant costs. The full vehicle price is not your revenue or margin.

[Your company]Illustrative SMS conversation

Hi Dan, it’s the automated assistant for [Your company]. You asked about finance on a family car in March. Still looking? Reply STOP to opt out.

Yeah, but I got turned down somewhere else.

Thanks for telling me. I can’t say whether you’d be approved. That’s for our finance team to assess properly. Would a 20-minute call with them help?

Go on then.

Thursday 12:30pm or Friday 5pm?

Friday 5.

Interest and timing checked. A booking is not finance approval or eligibility.

Example only. Not a customer conversation or a reported result.

Illustrative economics

Use what you keep,
not the vehicle price.

Contribution break-even ceiling, not our price or a result

£500 × 25% = £125

An illustrative £500 of retained commission per completed deal and a 25% close rate supports up to £125 per confirmed booking. A £20,000 vehicle price is not your revenue or margin.

Leads we would exclude

  • People who have already bought or financed a vehicle.
  • Live applications and open deals.
  • Anyone who has opted out or asked not to be contacted.
  • Enquiries with no valid basis for contact.
  • Contacts your compliance team has flagged for extra care.
  • Bought-in lists.

Proposed terms, agreed before launch

A clear fee.
A clear no-show policy.

£0 standard setup. No retainer. An agreed fee for each qualified booking the lead confirmed, with the qualification and no-show rules settled before launch. No-shows replaced free.

Unconfirmed bookings, duplicate live deals, wrong numbers and opted-out contacts would not be billable. A booking does not guarantee a sale or finance approval.
