AN ENQUIRY FROM A WHILE AGO. A BETTER TIME.

Hi Alex, it’s the automated assistant for [Your company]. You asked us about new windows a while back. Still considering it? Reply STOP to opt out.

Maybe. Last time felt like a hard sell.

Fair. It’s a measure-up and a written quote, no decision on the day. Are you the homeowner, still at the same address?

Yes. Saturday morning works.

Saturday 9:30am with Sam? You’ll get a reminder the day before.

THE CONVERSATION IS THE QUALIFICATION

A reply is a start.
A good fit is the goal.

The useful outcome isn’t “someone texted back”. It’s someone with a relevant need, permission to decide and a reason to speak to your team.

A lead enters only after your team has stopped working it, often after day 5-7. Active deals, opted-out contacts and existing appointments stay out.

01

Reconnect with context.

Reference their actual enquiry, identify your business and make opting out simple.

02

Ask before booking.

Check need, area, authority and timeline against the checklist you approve.

03

Hand over the useful details.

A named rep, the conversation context, a confirmed appointment and clear next steps.

THE PROPOSED APPOINTMENT STANDARD

Qualified. Confirmed.
Then billable.

£0 standard setup. No monthly retainer. An agreed fee for each booking that meets all three conditions below. No-shows replaced free.

01 / QUALIFIED

The right person,
with a relevant need.

Your agreed checks cover need, area, decision-making authority, timeline and homeowner or payor status where relevant.

02 / BOOKED

A named rep.
A confirmed time.

The appointment sits in the agreed calendar, with the qualification notes. A confirmation and reminders are sent.

03 / CONFIRMED

They confirm.
No-shows are replaced.

The lead confirms the booking by reply, and we can both see it in the conversation log. An unconfirmed booking is never billable.

Not billable

Unconfirmed bookings · bookings that fail your checks · wrong numbers · outside your area · no authority · duplicates · existing live deals · opted-out contacts

Replaced free

Confirmed leads who don’t turn up, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. Reported within 2 working days, each one gets a free replacement. The rules are below.

PROPOSED PILOT TERMS

The no-show rules, in full.

Billed on confirmation

The fee applies once a qualified lead confirms the booking by reply. Both sides can see that confirmation, so there is nothing to self-certify.

Report within 2 working days

Mark the no-show on the appointment record or tell us within 2 working days of the slot. A note in your CRM or calendar is enough. Later reports are not replaced.

Replaced within 10 working days

We try to rebook the same lead first. If they won’t, we deliver another qualified booking the lead confirmed, within 10 working days. A replacement, not a refund.

Repeat no-shows

If the same person no-shows twice, we stop booking them and replace them with a different lead. Nobody is booked a third time.

Is it unlimited?

Every no-show reported in time gets one free replacement, and replacements follow the same rules. If no-shows pass 30% of confirmed bookings in a month, we pause new bookings and fix the checks and scripts with you first.

Your rep or diary

If your rep misses the slot or it sat in the wrong diary, we rebook the lead at no extra fee. We send confirmations and reminders; you own diary capacity and rep availability.

These are proposed pilot terms, confirmed in writing with each partner before outreach starts. There is no live billing system yet.

FOUNDING PILOT PARTNERS

Your database.
Your evidence.

We are looking for a small number of UK Home & Energy and Auto & Finance teams to help us prove it. There are no UK client results yet. Founding pilots are how that evidence gets made, and partners shape the scripts, checks and reporting.

YOUR PILOT SCORECARDMEASUREMENT PLAN

Follow the full journey.
Not just the replies.

  1. 01Eligible leads contactedAfter exclusions and permission checks
  2. 02Confirmed bookings and show rateTracked separately, so you see who actually turns up
  3. 03Sales and contributionVerified by your team, not inferred from interest. Pipeline is potential; revenue is a closed sale.

No Second Look client results yet. Your pilot supplies the evidence for your market.

DESIGN PARTNER PILOT

What a founding pilot looks like.

You get

  • £0 setup on a standard aged-lead upload.
  • Pay for qualified bookings the lead confirmed. No-shows replaced free.
  • Direct input into scripts, checks and reporting.

You bring

  • An eligible aged-lead export you have permission to contact.
  • A named closer with diary time.
  • Prompt no-show reporting and a day-30 review.

THE ENGINE, PROVEN ELSEWHERE

Built by the team behind
a live AI SMS system.

We built and still run AI-led SMS for an education business serving the UK and US. Same engine, same safeguards. These are its US programme’s numbers since April 2026. Read the case study ↗

Read these first.

These are not Second Look or UK client results, and not a forecast for your leads. They come from our own previous system in a different market (US education, not UK home or auto). AI-booked leads had already replied, so the show-rate gap is not a controlled comparison. About 3% of contacted leads opted out. Revenue is deal value at win, not cash collected; most of it came from later-stage calls the AI scheduled for leads already in the pipeline.

THE NUMBERS SHOULD WORK FOR YOU

A good booking still needs
good economics.

Start with what a sale contributes after fulfilment costs. Then use the close rate of the appointments you actually pay for.

Small jobs can be a poor fit.

A £120 job at 40% contribution and a 20% close rate supports just £9.60 per confirmed booking before overhead and profit. Don’t force the maths.

For finance or leasing, use your commission or retained revenue per sale, not the vehicle’s full price.

Find your fee ceiling

ILLUSTRATIVE
After variable delivery costs
From appointments your team holds
CONTRIBUTION BREAK-EVEN CEILING£240

per confirmed booking

This is a ceiling, not our price or a forecast. No-shows replaced free, so each confirmed booking you pay for should end with an appointment your team holds. Your target fee should be lower to leave room for overhead and profit.

How it’s calculated

Sale value × contribution margin × close rate. £3,000 × 40% × 20% = £240. Use measured results from a comparable cohort when available.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT TOOL FOR THE JOB

YOUR NAME IS ON EVERY MESSAGE

Supervised from
the first message.

Before a pilot goes live, the data, script and handover rules need your approval. After that, people watch it run.

Your own enquiries

Use your CRM records only after checking valid SMS consent or a qualifying soft opt-in. A past enquiry alone is not permission.

A clear way out

Identify your business, make automation transparent, make opt-out easy and suppress anyone who asks to stop.

Scripts you approve

Agree scripts, send times and qualification questions before anything sends.

Day-one monitoring

We read live conversations from the first send and correct anything off-brief within the approved script.

A named escalation path

Complaints, sensitive questions and anything outside the brief go to the person you name.

Show protection and review

Agreed confirmations, reminders and easy rescheduling. A weekly check-in on replies, bookings and show rate, and a full review at day 30.

A SMALL START. A CLEAR DECISION.

Thirty days.
Three practical steps.

1

Check the fit.

Review lead volume, profit per job and the aged enquiries available. Agree the cohort, appointment fee and success measures.

TOGETHER: DEFINE THE PILOT
2

Approve the setup.

You provide a CRM export, calendar access and script sign-off. Agree exclusions, permissions and reminders before sending.

YOU APPROVE. WE PREPARE.
3

Run it. Review it.

Your team takes the appointments and reports no-shows and sales. Review the evidence at day 30 before deciding what comes next.

YOUR TEAM KEEPS CLOSING.

FAIR QUESTIONS

The details
before the demo.

No buried definitions.
No magic revenue promises.

What does the 30-day pilot cost?

£0 setup for a standard aged-lead upload, no retainer and an agreed fee for each qualified booking the lead confirmed. It is not free appointments: confirmed bookings are payable. No-shows replaced free. Bespoke integrations would need a separate agreed scope.

What happens if someone doesn’t turn up?

Tell us within 2 working days and we replace the booking free within 10 working days, rebooking the same lead first. Someone who no-shows twice is replaced with a different lead. Replacements follow the same rules, and if no-shows pass 30% in a month we pause and fix the checks with you. See the full no-show rules.

Won’t this annoy our customers?

It can if the message is irrelevant or unwanted. Start with eligible enquiries, use their original context, cap follow-up and stop on opt-out. You approve the script, timing and escalation rules before launch.

How old can the leads be?

There’s no universal age cut-off. Review what they enquired about, when, the permissions collected and whether the offer is still relevant. Keep active deals out.

How will our customer data be handled?

Before launch, agree the processing terms, SMS and hosting providers, access controls, retention and deletion. Upload only the fields the pilot needs. This website collects no CRM data and has no live messaging integration.

Is this right for every business?

No. The intended fit is a B2C team with around 1,000 or more enquiries a month, aged leads, people to close and healthy profit per job. Small jobs, low volume and long-cycle B2B usually need a different approach. The fit check gives you a straight answer.
